Ships such as this one don't have a specified class because most of them highly vary in their configuration, and are built mostly from scavenged parts of other ships.
They are used by privateers, pirates, scavengers and other non-associated organizations, operating mostly from and around the asteroid belt and Jupiters trojan asteroids.
This is an example of a moderately armed and decently capable type.
It was put together in a simple and functioning manner, with main body having no crew sections, instead front section is a detachable support ship that holds crew and acts like a brain for the main body.

While its main fusion engine is very efficient and provides high delta-v, its fuel is hard to come by, so their operators try to avoid spending it.
Side engines propellant is much easier to come by and they provide sufficient delta-v for medium length voyages.
Maneuvering thrusters are placed al over the hull, however maneuverability is still pretty low.
To supplement fuel tanks, ships like this one usually carry fuel pumps with drills and cutters on them, which they use to rob fuel from other ships.

Its defensive and offensive capabilities are effective against unarmed cargo ships, however it's best for it to avoid even lightly armed ships.
2 main missile turrets usually contain cheaply made unguided rockets, and guided missiles are usually held in launch silos on each side, those provide longer attack range, and more importantly, some point defense capabilities.
No armor is used to reduce weight, and hull is not sturdy, however chaff launchers are placed along hull to provide last line of defense.
Sensor suite is decent for short ranges, and long range information is usually provided by external sources, such as other ships or listening stations.

Cargo section on this ship carries 2 removable hangars which are supposed to contain various types of drones, such as spy ones or cargo carriers.
Remainder is filled with removable stolen or traded cargo containers.
Temperature is mostly controlled with liquid droplet radiators, and passive radiators are added for redundancy.

On its own, this ship, and others like it are no threat for dedicated warships.
However with numbers and good organization they can challenge almost any solitary target.
Still, such alliances are rare, and would usually be noticed in advance.
